The storage facility is clean, with a variety of storage locker sizes to choose from. The staff (Tara) knows her stuff, she was always pleasant and ready to assist however she could. We would happily use this place again.

I met Tara at Access Storage (Smiths Falls) and she was great! She helped us with every detail of how the Storage Unit works and renting one. She explained in detail and reassured me everything is secure there and under surveillance. I want to thank her as she is great and friendly also... I would like to update this review and I would like to give them a three stars as I try to contact Tara and she gets mad when you do contact her on social media if the stuff on the website was updated she wouldn't have this problem I've tried contacting her by email no message back on hours of operation and when you do call they say that they're open but they're not open

Excellent service. Store manager courteous and kind, and answered all the questions. Very clean facilities.
